The apartment is located opposite the Hundertwasserhaus and has 3 bedrooms (beds each 180x200) of which 2 with bathroom+shower+washbasin, 1 separate bathroom with shower+washbasin + washing machine+toilet, a separate toilet, a kitchen-living room. One bedroom faces Löwengasse and has two windows installed for soundproofing. The other two bedrooms facing the courtyard have shutters on the outside. No parties or celebrations. Maximum of 6 people including toddlers + babies.

Unconventional MANUSCH STUDIO for art lovers

Manusch simply means "human" in the language of the Roma and Sinti. Fascinated by them, we have set up a small, fancy city apartment. 3 minutes walking to Hundertwasserhaus. Entrance to the room straight from the street! The original apartment was created in a section of what had previously been the studio of the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
