Extraordinary apartment with history: Live in the Einstein house, in which the famous scientist Albert Einstein has already stayed during his Vienna stays. The apartment is modern and stylish. A place to feel good. The Heurigenort Grinzing is only a few steps away, as are many highly recommended restaurants. The bus station line 38A is almost on the doorstep. From here you can reach the subway line U4 at Station Heiligenstadt in the direction of downtown. Tram 37 takes you to the city centre via the Hohe Warte station.

Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

A patio door leads from the living room directly into the 160 m2 garden. 5 min.walk to the tram (38), which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes, as well as to the bus station to the local mountains of Vienna, and to the underground (U4). The traffic-calmed dead-end street leads to the village Grinzing. The market, the boutiques and l Viennese coffee houses are within walking distance and invite you to stroll around.
