Eight cozy designer villas with a sea view to the south invite you to relax and unwind. With 85 square meters and 3 floors, Villa Gold III offers space for up to 6 people with its open architecture. Floor-to-ceiling panorama windows in the living area, as well as a shower with sea view on the first floor, are only 2 of many architectural highlights. The impressive roof terraces on the third floor with breathtaking sea views over the Fehmarnsund Bridge makes Villa Gold III the ideal holiday destination for families or place to relax with friends. There is plenty of room for all in the two bedrooms with box spring beds and the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. If it is cold or rainy outside, the cozy floor heating will warm you up as you take in the sound of the sea all through the day. Resort grounds A common laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, is available to all villas. From the end of October, there will also be an outdoor sauna with garden-panoramic views for couples to cozy up on special autumn and winter days. Newer summer house near forest and beach

Well-maintained summer house located in the middle of nature, close to the beach. The house contains two rooms, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove. One room contains a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed. The summerhouse is insulated and can therefore easily be heated in the winter months with the help of heat pump and wood-burning stove. The house also has a lovely garden with a large wooden terrace, swing stand, charcoal grill, fire pit, and lounge set. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

Small cabin right on the dike

Small cozy apartment cabin right on the Dahmer dike. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the old fisherman's house. There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and bathroom. The house is already older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, in the living room and in the bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!

Cozy beamed house with 75 meters to the water

Relax with the whole family and friends in this serene lovely home. The house has been renovated in 2021. It's in the front row for the dike. Therefore, there is ample opportunity to spend a lot of time by the water. Enjoy nature and the quiet location. It's time to just be here. It is best suited for a maximum of 6 adults, but with the possibility of 8 overnight stays in total. Possibility to rent bed linen, towels, etc. for DKK 150 per person for a stay.

Lovely bright holiday home with sea view.

This beautiful holiday home is located on South Langeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langeland Belt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer swimming bridge. The cozy rooms on the farm Broe have become a cozy holiday home. The apartment was refurbished in 2011 and is light and simply furnished. It has its own south-facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.

Our "Wulkje" harbor oasis for design fans

"Vulkje" is flat German and means "cloud". And every day feels just as light and relaxed in our lovingly restored captain's cabin for 2 guests (but who have two bedrooms available). The fishing port of Burgstaaken is a few minutes' stroll, and the historic centre of Burg is a quarter of an hour's walk away. "Wulkje" has two bedrooms, a fireplace, a 1.40 m wide shower, two beautiful wooden terraces and a large, enchanted garden.
