Welcome to the mill in the small town of Bockenem am Harz. The place is located on the A7 with connection to the A 39. Hanover, Goslar and Braunschweig can be reached in 30 minutes. The Harz Mountains and the surrounding area offer many beautiful excursion opportunities. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor pool with beer garden (open May-September) are in the village. The apartment is located in the old mill building on the outskirts of Bockenem surrounded by nature and a small river.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Kunstscheune

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Carpe Diem at Ambergau

This beautiful place to stay is perfect for families or company trips to the Hannover Exhibition Center. It is about half an hour away or also fitters, as it has good connections to the A7. It is quietly located and offers enough space to unwind after the day. It currently includes a double bed, two single beds and an extra bed. Thus, up to 5 people can stay in it. More available on request. The price includes 2 people plus child. Plus final cleaning.

First floor in quiet surroundings

Adults and children will get their money's worth here. Toys for all ages, Magenta TV, Disney Channel, Netflix and, on request, eggs from happy chickens from your own garden for breakfast leave nothing to be desired. A bread service is possible by arrangement. The Brocken is within sight in good weather, a nature reserve with a large water area within walking distance. Perfect for cyclists. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation.

Welcome to the apartment in the Gärtnerei. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2026. The apartment is in the center of Baddeckenstedt with very good access to public transport, the A7 & A39 highways and all shops for everyday needs. The apartment is ideal for families and has two separate bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen and bathroom. You can just feel comfortable in the modern furnished apartment.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Wellness oasis with sauna and hot tub

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. For cold days or cozy evenings, there is a separate sauna, a hot tub and a tiled stove to be fired with wood. Shopping is in walking distance, as well as many beautiful hiking and forest trails.

A house like a home

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
