A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub.
