The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

The Coach House is a boutique, recently renovated detached property with period features including its own private terrace. It is surrounded by gardens featuring specimen trees making it a haven for nature lovers. It is an ideal bolt-hole. The Coach House is within a 5 minute bike ride of a network of cycle paths (including the Marriot's Way) which travel through beautiful open countryside and wetlands. The Coach House is ideally situated just 30 minutes from both Norwich and the North Coast.

The accommodation is a very comfortable, self-contained annex next to a barn conversion (host’s main home.) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, cyclist, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts (particularly seal and birdwatchers.) Glancing at a map of Norfolk will show Felthorpe’s proximity to beautiful North Coast beaches (approximately 20 miles) the famous Broads, the “fine” city of Norwich (7.5 miles)and several National Trust properties. It is necessary to have your own transport.

Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a Norfolk hamlet

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV with Sky in the living area. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

This apartment has been fully renovated to a high standard with a south facing outdoor area with table and chairs. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Morton Lodge holiday cottage is a comfortable, self contained place to stay with its own outside patio seating area and summer house with BBQ. Newly decorated and furnished.
