Our bright, new apartment is very well appointed. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher and shops of all kinds and size are available. Water playground, room to relax next door. The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house has been completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historic details that can be found in the entire apartment and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment.
