We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

We saved her! We nipped and tucked her a bit, moved some walls, gave her new electric, new plumbing, new bathrooms and best of all, we gave her original hard wood floors a makeover. We set her in the middle of 4 beautiful acres for peace and privacy. We love her so much and hope you will too.

The Gingered Swan is one of our favorite tiny and artistic designs. It has an 80 sq. ft. footprint downstairs & a 70 sq. ft. space upstairs. There is a small Living area & kitchen sink, (but no plumbing right now) an upstairs porch and NO bathroom (You will use the community bathhouse). There is no TV or wifi. Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $20 pet fee per reservation. No smoking in our tiny houses.
