Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Welcome to our cozy place close to water, forest and a short drive from Nakskov. The house is from 1960 but continuously renovated in 2022-2024. The house is used as a residence for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep, and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there is room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen and two living rooms. There are beautiful sea views to the east. The house is ideal for the large family or several couples.

Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.
