We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

Tourist destinations such as the Ketteler Hof, Wildpark Granat, Roman Museum provide plenty of variety for young and old. Our renovated and modern furnished apartment is located in the beautiful, idyllic Stevertal on the edge of the Baumberge. The apartment is located in an approx. 300-year-old farm. The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

The 60 sqm apartment is located in Marl-Hüls in a central, but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen station or the Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

Small but nice is the Schnuckelchen on the edge of the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. There is the Maler Stern with outlet. A commercial area with supermarkets and a shopping street "Brassertstraße." The highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes.
