Annex located on the Ice Age Route

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our little newly renovated secret at the back of the garden. Watch the wild grass grow in the flower meadow while the sun colors the landscape on the horizon. Put on your hiking boots and walk in Skimmelskov in 5 minutes, or pack your coffee and walk 1/2 hour to Kløveshøj to enjoy the view of the ice age landscape and Tissø. The annex is used daily for psychotherapy, and invites you to peace and presence. There is a private entrance from the sea path, and a small parking space for the car. Beautiful cottage by Røsnæs in the first row!

The cozy cottage from 1923 is located in the first row overlooking Kalundborg Fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Apartment in a larger villa.

You have the opportunity to rent a small apartment, with its own entrance, private bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The apartment is part of the house, where we live upstairs with our children. You can sit outside and enjoy the garden and the chickens. Your family will be close to everything, and you can walk to Slagelse city center in just 5 minutes. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Additional mattresses and a crib can be borrowed. The kitchen consists of a combi oven and stove. It includes bedding and towels.

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Luxury and peace in the front row

Welcome to Strandlysthuse 76 – an exclusive and intimate cottage with direct access to nature's most beautiful scenery and the calm waters of Kerteminde Fjord. This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2025. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from Svane Køkkenet.

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Eco Village Retreat

Wake up to birdsong and a morning dip after a night in the beautiful and quiet apartment on the first floor of our hexagonal house in the eco-community Hallingelille. Here it is easy to find grounding and tranquility, and try the eco-village life for a few days. Just outside the door, there is a swimming lake, a football field and a playground and the opportunity to go on shorter and longer walks in the village's peace forest or in any of the surrounding forests.

Private and quiet guest house with private bathroom and kitchen

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. I will not greet as a host unless desired by tenant. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120 x 200 (4 ft x 6.6 ft) Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic and there are many good walks.
