Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

This is where you'll find the approximately 98-square-meter apartment, which has plenty of charm. It is bright and inviting, with laminate flooring. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and is stocked with hand towels and bath towels. The apartment has a TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, glasses, silverware, dishes, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and a coffee maker.

Vaters Haus is a romantic gem in the old craft district. Between the tailor and the butcher, there was a tiny hairdresser here. Eberhard Eisfeld, artist and architecture lover, rebuilt his "snail house" in 10 years so individually that you can still feel the love and his humor today. Roof garden instead of TV, workbench instead of dining table, his old easel in the studio, small luxury with today's self-image. Welcome to the family.
