Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Lovely farm shop/café in the village (Søsum), albeit with limited opening hours. 2-3 km to shops/shopping center/station in Stenløse and a well-known bakery in Ganløse. A good 5 km to lovely swimming lake (Buresø). The apartment is a separate part of the landlord's private villa so stay here with respect for the house and surroundings. Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Cycling distance to Roskilde

Cycling distance to Roskilde and Train to Copenhagen The apartment is located about 3.5 km from Roskilde, and you can cycle there in about 20 minutes via safe bike paths. From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården. You get a perfect combination of scenic surroundings and easy access to city life. Ideal for active commuters! 🚴‍♀️🚆

The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
