The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

The beautiful holiday apartment on a 300-year-old farm offers plenty of space to feel re-energized. If you need an additional room, we have a room in the same house for up to 3 people with an en suite bathroom. This means that up to 10 people can sleep. It is a place of power to relax and the perfect starting point for active, sporty holidays: yoga in the great outdoors, swimming lake (5 minutes' walk), cycling and hiking trails (directly adjacent), skiing (5 minutes by car).

Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Apartment in Kitzbühel

Cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Fleckalmbahn. A few minutes' walk to the cross-country ski trail/golf course and 2 km to Lake Schwarzsee. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed 180x200 and an additional bed 160x200. In the living room there is possibility of a pull-out sofa bed for 1 person. The 3 floors of the apartment are reached by a spiral staircase.

House Krunegg

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

When you look out from your apartment directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole vacation day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun sets behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight spreads, you loosen your muscles.
