The beach can be seen from the house and is just a short walk down the road. Lynæs Harbor is a fantastic bathing spot for year-round swimming, with surfer equipment rental and a private sauna, as well as wonderful restaurants and ice cream vendors The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for its age and history.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The kitchen of newer date, giant smart TV, Apple TV, 50 MBit WiFi, bath. There is a regular sofa in the living room where you can sleep 2 people for distress. The place is very quiet unless for the nice sound of birds.
