Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

By beach and harbor on South Funen

Newly renovated holiday apartment of 90 m2. Suitable for 5 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of "Skipperhuset Lundeborg", which is a large holiday apartment. It is beautifully decorated, inspired by the old seaside hotels, with striped wallpaper, straw hats and natural materials. The nicest beach is right outside the door, next to the harbor, with pleasure boats, ice houses, restaurants and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just opposite the apartment is Den Gamle Købmand, with a large selection.

Fiskerhuset Åbyskov, 15 m to the water, near Svendborg

Enjoy the view of the field and beach from one of the house's 5 terraces. Jump into the waves from the house's jetty. Eat your breakfast as the sun rises over the sea and experience nature waking up. Relax in this unique and quiet home, where there is also fast internet and the possibility of office work with ocean views. The house is from 1869 and gently renovated, with underfloor heating throughout the house, large lovely bathroom, new open kitchen, cozy living room, entrance and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.

Velkommen til vores unikke anneks – et charmerende fristed i to etager, beliggende i et idyllisk bindingsværkshus på smukke Sydøstfyn. Her finder du ro, nærvær og landlig idyl. I det lille idylliske fiskerleje Lundeborg, omkranset af hav og skov, udlejer vi vores dejlige gæstehus, som ligger tæt på god badestrand og stemningsfuldt havnemiljø. Huset er et oprindeligt 100 år gammelt fiskerhus, som er restaureret til moderne standard med bevarelse af den hyggelige atmosfære.
