Charming 1st floor apartment in the heart of Funen

Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Own house on the beautiful island of Thurø with forest and beach

Stay in your own house on the island of Thurø in the middle of the beautiful, southern Funen countryside with the forest as a neighbor and close to the water. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Guest house 4 km from Svendborg

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The guest house consists of a small kitchen, a small dining room with stairs up to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, the bed is screened behind a half wall. The guest house overlooks the fields and our own house is right next to the guest house. The guest house is 200 meters from the Øhavsstien and 300 meters to the old railway line, which goes directly into Svendborg. Possibility to bring horse and dog.

Cozy newly renovated typical Danish timber-framed house surrounded by trees and nature. The fenced garden offers direct access to the forest. The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

The room has a private bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. Suitable for an overnight stay or two when you're on the go. Not a vacation home. Independent, newly renovated and very special home: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forests and at the same time centrally located on Funen. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Krathuset - cozy for 2

Peaceful and private in the backyard by the country estate. View of horses and cattle folds, with the possibility of close contact with animals and nature. Accommodation for 2 people in a double bed in the cabin, in the summer also 2 people in a Stingray tent stretched between large trees next to the cabin. Dining area for 2 in the cabin. In the summer, for 4 guests, there is a dining area outdoors or in the orangery 10 m from the cottage.

Beautiful and nice apartment close to Odense (17 km). The apartment is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to a large recreational area with a swimming lake. Shopping opportunities approx. 4 km. The home is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with its own entrance. Kitchen/living room is well-equipped and with dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is also a desk.
