It is located on the beach near Morro do cristo at 80 meters from Praia. It is close to a pharmacy market and a butcher's restaurant. It is allowed small dogs, but they will not be able to be alone in the apartment, as they bark a lot and annoy the neighbors. You will need to send photos of the documents to release access to the condominium.
