The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has an elevator, barbecue, fans in the living room and in the bedrooms. We have air CONDITIONING in the rooms. Garage for 1 CAR. It is located on the beach near Morro do cristo at 80 meters from Praia. It is close to a pharmacy market and a butcher's restaurant. It is allowed small dogs, but they will not be able to be alone in the apartment, as they bark a lot and annoy the neighbors. You will need to send photos of the documents to release access to the condominium.

Accommodates up to 12 people with 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, TV room, laundry area, 2 bathrooms, 2 uncovered parking spaces, integrated kitchen with barbecue, swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, very cozy, it's worth checking out. Note: no cleaning fee is charged, but the property must be left clean. If you opt for the fee, the amount is 200 reais.

Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!
