It is a recently built studio apartment, with fine relaxing colors, very nice finishes and simple decoration but that will make you feel at home. Good natural lighting in the day and good light at night.
“Great stay at Enrique's house. Fabulous treatment and quick response when the hot water shower thermos broke down. It only took a few hours to fix it. Sabanilla is a perfect place to stay during your stay in San José (in the 4 times we have always been sleeping in this area) and Enrique's house is undoubtedly the best place to spend a few days.”
Modern apartment on the second floor, very comfortable with all services, very well lit. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, WiFi, bathroom with hot water, bedroom for 2 people with closet and balcony, laundry area equipped with washing machine, sink and clothesline. Small terrace and private indoor parking. It is inside a private residential so it makes it very quiet and safe, there are green areas. Shopping centers 3 minutes away. Only 3 kms from the UCR.
