We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

Countless swimming spots, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.
