In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright, and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the sea. It's a five minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) facing southwest gets sunlight from noon until evening and is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dinner. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. Swimming pool and tennis court can be used for a small fee.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Die zweigeschossige Wohnung hat einen Wohn-/Essbereich im Obergeschoss mit Kaminofen und Küche sowie Wirtschaftsraum, Gäste-WC und einem Schlafzimmer Ensuite. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer Ensuite sowie ein Study im Dachgeschoss. Das Bad ist mit Dusch-/Wanne-Bad und einer Sauna ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon zum Garten und einen Balkon zum Hof - in dieser Wohnung ist der Hund NICHT ERLAUBT.
