You will visit and use a vacation home in the house in the basement. Located on the cycling path network between Brandenburg and Saxony. The apartment is located exactly between Lake Senftenberg and Lake Geierwald; these are easily reached by bike or inline skates. Approximately 50 square meters of living space, a sunbathing lawn and the forest invite you to linger. From the village you can quickly reach the cities of Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, Cottbus, Dresden and Berlin. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the spa and resort town of Lübben (Spreewald), there is your spacious, private accommodation from Lübben city center! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. Haus Steffine is situated in the small town of Annahütte in the south east of Brandenburg. The apartment is nicely decorated and bright, it is also located near the Lake Annahütter See, easily accessible by public transport and is therefore an ideal holiday spot. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
