MYSTAY 65m2 Stylish and Cosy 2-Room Apartment

Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim sub-district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee(lakes), the Müggelberge(hills) - surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport. It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 65 m² (maximum possible occupancy with a total booking of 4 people) with separate access. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove; oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed (180cm) and accessible cupboards, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV. WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer. Check-In is untill 21.00 (9pm). If you would like to Check-in later, please ask if its possible before you book.

Party boat "BuGoo" can accommodate 12 people and 8 cars. And it is for self-drivers. You don't need a driver's license. To spend a day on the water Excursion destinations can include: Große Krampe, Seddinsee, Müggelsee. Here you will find many opportunities for active, interesting and useful recreation. There is something for everyone, from fishing to celebrating birthdays. Sit back and enjoy your beautiful day in the special natural surroundings of Berlin The grill, toilet and gasoline are not included in the rental price.

Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Lovingly furnished house approx. 25 km outside of Berlin in a quiet, natural location. Two double beds and three sofa beds offer enough space for families or groups.
