Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. Modernized open and airy apartment with stunning views over Kiel Bay, located right by the Kiel Schilksee Marina. The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.
