Located on the banks of the Ter at the entrance to Ploemeur, 5 km from the beaches, Kerpape, 50 m from the bus to reach Lorient. Recent extension with independent entrance (key box) and private terrace. Quality services. Very spacious bedroom and shower room/toilet (26 m2), dressing room, desk, TV, WiFi. 160 bed, new bedding, cotton gauze bed linen, towels provided. Coffee maker and capsules. Large quiet room + breakfast

Peaceful and well-insulated house 2 steps from Lorient and Port-Louis. The entire 1st floor is reserved for Airbnb with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a 2nd toilet with sink, towels, herbal teas, fan available at no extra cost. Breakfast free. I am 1 km from the shuttle boat to Lorient. Port-Louis is a 5-minute drive with its beautiful beaches. I have a very nice dog and cat, I can keep them away if you wish.

Located 2kms from the beaches and the village, 7 kms from Guidel, 11 kms from Quimperlé , 15 kms from BAN Lann Bihoué, 16 kms from Lorient. Vehicles are parked inside the property.
