Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy cottage for rent in Homborsund, in the middle of Lillesand and Grimstad. Short distance to the beach/swimming areas, campsite and nice hiking areas. Great bike rides in the area. Quiet and quiet surroundings. 10 min walk to Sunday open shop. About 35 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo. Sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms). Kitchen with fridge, stove and freezer. All equipment. Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
