Charming boathouse right at the shore of the lake

The boathouse was built in a traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee at the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the dock, or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern vacation home with luxury and high standards. The boathouse has a simple and practical interior, characterized by its age and history. In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. Here you can walk across the street and take a morning dip on the town beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the town's many restaurants and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take a trip to the Zoo which is less than half an hour's drive away.

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Hybel nær Grimstad sentrum (uten fullt kjøkken)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
