Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

From this central accommodation one has easy access to "everything". Apartment building from 2017. Two bedrooms w/ double bed in each room, bathroom and guest toilet, living room and kitchen in one. Dining table. Terrace. Parking. No smoking or animals. Unfortunately, you don't have equipment for toddlers, so you may have to bring this yourself. Welcome to Østre Aas farm.

In the middle of the forest, our farm is located on a hill in scenic surroundings with very good sun conditions. Over the last year, we have completely renovated the brewer's house on the farm and are now ready to welcome guests here. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The old bakery oven is kept and the cozy rustic style. At the same time here you are all of modern facilities through new bathroom and kitchen. New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1
