Nice and practical apartment near Grimstad city center

From this central accommodation one has easy access to "everything". Apartment building from 2017. Two bedrooms w/ double bed in each room, bathroom and guest toilet, living room and kitchen in one. Dining table. Terrace. Parking. No smoking or animals. Unfortunately, you don't have equipment for toddlers, so you may have to bring this yourself. Walking distance to swimming beaches/ hiking areas 8-10 min walk to Grimstad city center Approx. 20 min drive to Dyreparken About 35 minutes to Kr. sand and Kjevik airport About 20 minutes to Arendal

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the pier edge makes it the closest to the sea of all apartments in the quadrature. 🌊 The apartment is located along the car-free promenade. 🏝 You can enjoy panoramic views of the city fjord, fortress and city beach. You look out at the Grønningen guy who meets the horizon out in the sea.🎣 You'll also look right over at the new outdoor pool of Aquarama. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️

Cozy and rural holiday apartment over 2 floors. Bar gate on terrace and inside by stairs 2 double bedrooms, 2 guest beds 90 cm ,as the top is comfortable tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Modern apartment near the sea in the heart of Grimstad in idyllic southern surroundings Quiet area. The apartment complex was built in 2017. About 50 metres from a cozy bathing jetty. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
