The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

The Thüinger Forest is about 70 km away. Supermarket is nearby. Free parking in front of the house. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Santa´s Stay

An individually and lovingly furnished apartment of 30 sqm awaits you. The apartment has been completely renovated with natural and allergy-friendly materials. Clay plaster on the walls increases the air quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. The smart TV allows streaming. Bikes can be rented. Public transport is within 3 to 5 minutes' walking distance. The travel time to downtown is about 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle.

Vacation home for a break in Nordhausen/Harz

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Mini Oasis direkt am See

Welcome to our fully air-conditioned tiny house on Lake Sundhäuser in Nordhausen! On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.
