180m2 at your disposal! A view of the woods, meadows & peace: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outstanding kitchen, a cozy dining and living room & an infrared sauna. You will also have a lockable, spacious garage with electrical sockets & 2 parking spots attached to the house. Our vacation home is ideal for big families/groups/workshops & the perfect starting point for walks & bicycle rides and for tours in the surrounding area. You are also able to make use of the garden and our roofed BBQ-corner.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood, a swivel grill and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Welcome at "Haus Hermann" – a place for wellness & adventure with modern facilities. Enjoy the nice view and find your getaway to wind down & relax in our officially certified 5-star holiday home. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Its highlights are: sauna, jacuzzi, gym, gas barbecue, diverse media & gaming offers (Smart TVs, soundbar, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, 150 TV channels, foosball table, table tennis, Darts, board games)

Vacation home peace and quiet

Our apartment "Ruhe und Erholung" (110 sqm) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is situated in a quiet location directly on the outskirts. It offers a parking space. Bicycles can be parked. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony and wide views of nature. Two spacious bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close to shopping. Weilburg and the Lahn Valley offer many leisure and recreational opportunities.

Haus Hermann - A Moment of Nature

Haus Hermann is a lovingly modernized vacation home in a contemporary country style at the foot of the Westerwald. Bright, welcoming rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere make it ideal for families, hikers, and cyclists. The property is centrally located in the town on the main street. Shopping, bakeries, and restaurants can be found in the nearby town, about 5–8 minutes away by car. Terrace currently usable on a temporary basis. 🌿

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

Unser ganzer Stolz ist unser einmaliges Hobbithaus, welches eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre bietet. Hier könnt Ihr eingehüllt in Mutter Erde völlig entspannen, die Seele in der Hängematte baumeln lassen, den Pfauen und Häschen zuschauen, wenn sie am Fenster vorbei ziehen, den Vögeln des Waldes zuhören, ein heißes Bad nehmen oder einfach nur das Leben genießen! Man kann sich selbst verpflegen. Es ist ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest "Silberhaus" with sauna

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as an infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
