Perfect getaway for your vacation. FYI: *An optometry business above the apartment is open 7:45am - 6:30pm MTWTh & 7:45am - 4:00pm on Fridays. Muffled noises are heard from above at these times.* HEADS UP! 7' ceilings in basement apartment! No AC available. The basement is naturally cooler, but outside weather affects it too.
