Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.
