Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A renovated bungalow (w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis) and backyard bunkhouse. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). Guests also get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (the largest in Kent County) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped wetlands & excellent fishing.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
