We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The basement has a bar area with a second living room and an additional fridge. There is one pack and play and one highchair. The driveway is now paved and great for kids to ride bikes. Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.

Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.
