We are 2 minutes away from a beautiful view of Kullen, the harbor, and the coast, and a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, so there are plenty of opportunities for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from which there is a breathtaking view.

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

We love the long, bright summer evenings, where you are just bathed in the golden light from the sea. The house is bright and modernly decorated with personality and soul. The large kitchen is the natural, social gathering point with panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace. Large, undisturbed natural plot with coastal protection.

The sofa can also be converted into 2 beds, if the need is 6 overnight. From two beautiful wooden terraces and the large plot, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning to late evening.

And on rainy days, summer evenings can still be enjoyed outside, under the beautiful covered terrace.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.
