Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The swimming lake in Neustadt Glewe is 15 minutes away (by car). The Baltic Sea is about an hour away by car. Schwerin, Rostock, Wismar and Hamburg are easily accessible.
