Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

There's a movie theater and billiards indoors - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups. Relax in this cozy cottage, where you'll find a large sun room, living room, kitchen, bathroom as well as 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. It's only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, parking right by the house and a charger for an electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in Chromecast, and super fast WiFi. The house is fenced all the way around, if you bring your four-legged friend.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
