Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Beautiful, newly renovated 1-room apartment in the green north in a quiet villa area with lots of nature. Various shops in a shopping street (10-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants (around the corner) are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn with connection to the main train station (35 min), Friedrichstraße (30 min), Zoological Garden (30 min), BER airport (60 min) is a 10-minute walk. Our 70 m² guest apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden) in an idyllic location on the edge of the Lower Oderbruch offers space for relaxation and country life. Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area as an annex in a detached house. The house has a very healthy indoor climate as it is a half-timbered/clay house. The house was built in 2000. The granny annex was completely renovated in 2020.

The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

I rent out my apartment. You have at your disposal a living room with a box spring couch sleeping function (very comfortable, no back pain), here you will also find a mobile workspace and an adjoining balcony (incl. Balcony furniture), the bathroom incl. Tub, the hallway, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is a complete non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Deep garage space is included in the price.

Welcome to the attic, bright and spacious, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (unfavorable for people with walking difficulties). With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping) couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 2nd floor.
