Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Guest bedroom with 2 single beds, master bedroom with king size bed and a fold-down queen size bed in the combined ding/living room. Shower room with washer and a separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen. Patio with charcoal BBQ and dining table for 8. AC and WiFi. Back yard shared with other guest. Animals are welcome. Free parking with room for RV's. Guest bring there own bed linen and towels.

Mindre än 5 min med bil till vackra Ystad och 2 km till milslånga sandstränder och havsbad.Helt nyrenoverat kök med matbord, rymlig side by side kyl/frys, micro, induktionshäll och diskmaskin. Mysig stuga med insynsskyddad trädgård i underbara Nybrostrand utanför Ystad. Stugan är på 69 kvm och med 2 sovrum och ett större vardagsrum med kamin. Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Brandstationen på Österlen

Bo i ett unikt boende i ett lugnt hörn av vackra Österlen. Njut av lugnet och enskildheten vid ån som rinner förbi denna unika byggnad. Brandstationen som byggdes 1930 renoverades fullständig till drömboende 2018 och har sedan dess inte bara tjänat som fritidshus utan har också varit med i både Svensk och Tysk TV samt massor av tidningsreportage. Här bor upp till 8 personer bekvämt med allt man behöver. Närhet till stränder och mysiga byar ingår.

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
