Perfect location by the sea

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bicycle path all the way to Ystad (9 km). 10 km to Kåseberga. Open floor plan, sleeping alcove with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed 140 cm with extra mattress. Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Bed linens and towels are included. Possibility to rent a hot tub. One-time fee for filling water, SEK 600. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

Here you live on top of the village's charming country shop with a large patio with a view of the rooftops and fields. There is also a private lawn for the property . The village of Glemmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5km south. The ship set Ale rocks is barely a mile away and Sandhammaren with its sand dunes and white sand is even a few kilometers further east.
