Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

Less than 10 min drive to everything: Timeberline ski resort, Canaan Valley ski resort, incredibly fun local XC ski area Whitegrass, art galleries, amazing food options, breweries, and even distilleries! There are two state parks to hike and explore within 10 mins, and a beautiful wildlife refuge only one mile away. Whatever outdoor recreation you enjoy, Tucker Co has the best places to explore. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. Glady Hideaway is a quaint one room cabin perfect for two wishing to escape the chaos and spend some time one on one. Here, you can stay “unplugged” if you desire. Wi-Fi is now available but please note connection can be unreliable and slow at times in the mountains. The surrounding area offers many outdoor activities and charming mountain towns to explore. AWD/4WD is required from early December to March.
