Very close to Lake Lake Lake, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen is located in the middle of the Eichsfeld, the small town of Lake Constance. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bicycle as part of smaller and larger bicycle tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It is 40 square meters and is located in a 2-family house on the outskirts of Lenglern. On the upper level are the entrance, bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
