It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about a 10-minute walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, fireplace and terrace are available. Free parking on the premises.

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center, IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. You can easily take the bus to the city center (10-15 minutes). The nearest beach (Falkensteiner beach) is about 15 minutes away by car. It can also be easily reached by bus. The Kiel Inner Fjord is a 20-25 minute walk away.
