Approximately 35 minutes from Puerta del Sol in Madrid (door to door). Bright and quiet. With all amenities. It houses my collection of records and books. I beg you to pamper them, please, they are my life companions.

The city center (Sol) is about 13km away, approximately 30/40 min by public transport using tren station Orcasitas or 20 min by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips.
