Quiet and elegant room with air conditioning, compatible bathroom and double bed. Very bright. There is also a nice courtyard, easy parking, perfect for short stay, work and university study. Good location, 50m from subway, bus stop to the center of Madrid. Close to shopping center (giant Carrefour), 15 minutes walk to Carlos III University. All services are in the vicinity.

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.

Room in Getafe

It is a very clean, tidy and quiet house. The room has a 1.35 cm wide bed to rest and a comfortable sofa to do some kind of computer work. In summer, in the months of June, July, August and September, the room has air conditioning. An additional fee will be charged if you require this service upon arrival at the apartment. It is not mandatory, only if you wish.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.
