Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In a two-minute walk, you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in magnificent vineyards. Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool are just a few advantages.

Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

You can expect a newly renovated and stylishly furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of our half-timbered house with a large balcony and a great view of the Black Forest. Located in the manor house of the Winklerhof, the apartment offers a fantastic view over horse paddocks and orchards to the northern Black Forest. Lots of light, stylish furnishings and well-thought-out amenities will make you feel right at home. Outside, a small magical garden invites you to have breakfast in the sun or to look at the starry sky with a glass of wine.
