This former administrator's house of the jeweler of the Tsar was built about 130 years ago and is located in a wonderful district of Gernsbach. It is a listed building (therefore some things have a few signs of wear). Since it was intended as a servants' house, the kitchen is in the basement - but on the same level as the rear garden. The house has three floors and 95 square meters, the property with old fruit trees and meadows 1200 square meters. Unfortunately, due to allergies, no cats are allowed.

The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

It is located on our separate guest floor, where we rent out additional rooms.
