The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.

Time out in the middle of the Rothauser Land!

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
